, 41, who will make her first flight into space aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery on the STS-116 mission to join Expedition 14 in progress. She will replace European Space Agency astronaut
as the third expedition crew member on the station for her six-month mission.Also, American businesswoman
will fly with the Expedition 14 crew to the International Space Station as a spaceflight participant. She will spend nine days on the station under a commercial agreement with the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) and will return to Earth with the Expedition 13 crew.
