As Michael Collins took this inspectation photo of the Lunar Module named "Eagle" just after undocking from the Command and Service Module "Columbia" in Lunar Orbit. Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin, Jr. then descended in the "Eagle" to explore the Moon's Sea of Tranquility for the first lunar landing on July 20, 1969.
