This presentation bears a flown piece of utility light cord flown on Apollo 13 around the moon - originally presented by the crew to Paul Weitz. A photo of the original presentation can be seen to the right bottom. The utility light was installed in the Lunar Module "Aquarius" which became the rescue ship for the Apollo 13 crew - only few artifacts from the lunar module are in existance for obvious reasons.
It comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity and copies of the original documentation by Paul Weitz.
