International Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duty due on receipt.

RETURNS:
Custom and Large Orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Some models and replicas (where noted) are also non-refundable and may not be returned. Costumes and Suits may be exchanged for another size.

All Other Items: You may return an item in its original condition, including all packaging, for a refund within 30 days of receiving - unless otherwise noted on the item page. Shipping & handling charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error. Include a copy of your invoice stating your name, address, order number and the reason for your return. If using a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. If paying by money order or check, a refund check will be mailed to you in 2-4 weeks. We suggest you use UPS or Insured US Mail for the return. If there is any question, contact us. Please note: Special orders and large quantity orders cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.
