This limited edition collectible contains a geniune meteorite fragment taken from a meteorite discovered during an expedition through the Republic of Namibia, in southwest Africa in 1836.
The fragment has been diamond cut to show its fine octahedrite pattern and high nickel-iron content. The meteorite is high-lighted by a triple-cut acid-free double mat, a meteorite illustration, and a descriptive inscription. This is handsomely displayed within a deep cherry finish hardwood frame. Individually numbered and limited to just 2,328 pieces worldwide, the set comes with a certificate of authenticity. Size: 10" x 12" (wood frame)
